Le principe de fonctionnement de la pompe \u00e0 palettes simple Rexroth.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\">La pompe \u00e0 rotor Rexroth comprend un stator, une aube, un carter de distribution d&#039;huile et un couvercle. La surface int\u00e9rieure du stator est un trou cylindrique. Il existe une excentricit\u00e9 entre le rotor et le stator. Le volume de la chambre d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 augmente progressivement, cr\u00e9ant un vide. L&#039;huile est alors aspir\u00e9e par les fen\u00eatres sup\u00e9rieures de l&#039;orifice d&#039;aspiration 6 et de la plaque de distribution d&#039;huile 5. \u00c0 gauche du graphique, la pale Rexroth se r\u00e9tracte vers l&#039;int\u00e9rieur, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le volume de la chambre d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. L&#039;huile contenue dans la chambre d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est ensuite expuls\u00e9e par une autre fen\u00eatre du carter de distribution d&#039;huile et l&#039;orifice de pression 1, puis \u00e9vacu\u00e9e vers le syst\u00e8me. Ce type de pompe est une pompe \u00e0 palettes unique, car elle aspire et comprime l&#039;huile une fois pendant la rotation du rotor.<\/p><p>Le rotor est soumis \u00e0 une pression hydraulique radiale d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e\u00a0; il s&#039;agit donc d&#039;une pompe d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. La charge sur les paliers est importante. Lorsque l&#039;excentricit\u00e9 entre le stator et le rotor varie, la cylindr\u00e9e de la pompe peut varier. Ce type de pompe est donc une pompe \u00e0 cylindr\u00e9e variable.<\/p><h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"25\" data-lineheight=\"32.75px\">b. Le principe de fonctionnement de la pompe \u00e0 double palettes.<\/h2><p>La surface du stator pr\u00e9sente deux arcs de grand rayon, deux arcs de petit rayon et quatre courbes de transition. Le stator et le rotor ont le m\u00eame centre. Lorsque les rotors tournent dans le sens horaire, le volume de la chambre d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 augmente progressivement en haut \u00e0 gauche et en bas \u00e0 droite. C&#039;est la zone d&#039;absorption d&#039;huile. Le volume de la chambre d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 diminue progressivement en bas \u00e0 gauche et en haut \u00e0 droite. C&#039;est la zone de pression d&#039;huile.<\/p><p>Une zone d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 s\u00e9pare les zones d&#039;aspiration et de pression d&#039;huile. Le rotor de cette pompe effectue un tour complet, et chaque chambre de travail \u00e9tanche assure deux fois l&#039;aspiration et la pression d&#039;huile. Il s&#039;agit donc d&#039;une pompe \u00e0 palettes doubles. Les deux zones d&#039;absorption et de pression d&#039;huile sont radialement sym\u00e9triques, et la pression hydraulique exerc\u00e9e sur le rotor est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e radialement. Il s&#039;agit donc \u00e9galement de pompes \u00e0 palettes \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9bit instantan\u00e9 d&#039;une pompe \u00e0 palettes doubles est puls\u00e9, et la fr\u00e9quence des pulsations est faible lorsque le nombre de pales est quadruple.
