Das Volumen der Dichtungskammer vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich allm\u00e4hlich, wodurch ein Vakuum entsteht. Daher wird das \u00d6l durch die oberen Fenster des Sauganschlusses 6 und der \u00d6lverteilerplatte 5 angesaugt. Auf der linken Seite des Diagramms zieht sich das Rexroth-Blatt nach innen zur\u00fcck, wodurch das Volumen der Dichtungskammer verringert wird. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das \u00d6l in der Dichtungskammer durch ein weiteres Fenster der \u00d6lverteilerwanne und den Druckanschluss 1 herausgedr\u00fcckt und in das System abgegeben. Bei dieser Art von Pumpe handelt es sich um eine Einfl\u00fcgelpumpe. Denn sie saugt w\u00e4hrend der Rotordrehung \u00d6l an und dr\u00fcckt es gleichzeitig.<\/p><p>Der Rotor ist einem radialen hydraulischen Unwuchtdruck ausgesetzt, daher handelt es sich auch um eine Unwuchtpumpe. Die Lagerbelastung ist gro\u00df. Durch \u00c4nderung der Exzentrizit\u00e4t zwischen Stator und Rotor kann sich der Hubraum der Pumpe \u00e4ndern. Daher handelt es sich bei dieser Pumpenart auch um eine Verstellpumpe.<\/p><h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"25\" data-lineheight=\"32.75px\">b. Das Funktionsprinzip der Doppelfl\u00fcgelpumpe.<\/h2><p>Die Statoroberfl\u00e4che besteht aus zwei B\u00f6gen mit gro\u00dfem Radius, zwei B\u00f6gen mit kleinem Radius und vier \u00dcbergangskurven. Stator und Rotor haben denselben Mittelpunkt. Drehen sich die Rotoren im Uhrzeigersinn, vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich das Volumen der Dichtungskammer oben links und unten rechts allm\u00e4hlich. Der Rotor dieser Pumpe dreht sich einmal im Kreis, und jede abgedichtete Arbeitskammer f\u00fchrt die \u00d6lansaugung und den \u00d6ldruck zweimal durch. Die momentane Durchflussrate der Doppelfl\u00fcgelpumpe pulsiert, und die Pulsationsrate ist gering, wenn die Anzahl der Fl\u00fcgel das Vierfache betr\u00e4gt.
